Precast Detailing Case Study – High Rise Residential Building, Australia

Hing Loong Apartment is a high rise building with RCC, have façade covered with precast wall panels 175mm thick. These precast wall panels were designed and detailed using Tekla software, providing accurate and detailed information for construction. The deliverables included a Tekla model, GA and shop drawings, and machine files. Advenser provided precast wall panel detailing services using Tekla software. Our Scope was to model & detail 176 wall panels in Tekla Structures software. It is a High rise building with RCC, have façade covered with precast wall panels 175mm thick. We developed the model in Tekla and added necessary connections in the panels according to structural details and standards. This building had a number of penetrations and Cast-in plate connections have been incorporated between every panel, along with grout tubes connections to the footing
